Role Overview

• take a lead role in strengthening relationships with clients
• drive market impact through business development
• provide leadership in the delivery of engagements
• partner with strategic clients to shape the future of the HR function
• develop strategies and implement work to help HR leadership teams deliver business outcomes
• mentor and develop teams overseeing project work plans

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Organizational Development, or related field
• 9+ years of experience in HR transformation, human capital consulting, or progressive HR leadership roles
• proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• relevant certifications such as SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR, PMP, or similar preferred
