Role Overview
- Support the design, implementation, and administration of the Company’s compensation programs
- Conduct market pricing using healthcare and general industry surveys
- Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of salary structures
- Build and maintain compensation models
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation regulations
- Partner with Talent Management Partners to provide compensation guidance aligned with internal equity
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- 2–4+ years of progressive experience in compensation, People Team analytics, or related field
- Experience working with compensation surveys and benchmarking methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel skills (modeling, pivot tables, lookups, data manipulation)
