Manage logistics operations within an assigned service area
Monitor delivery performance to ensure service levels are consistently met or exceeded
Forecast driver and asset needs based on projected delivery volumes
Monitor orders and operational activity to ensure compliance
Conduct regular visits to customer terminals or partner facilities
Build and maintain strong working relationships with terminal managers and operational partners
Collaborate with Sales and Customer Onboarding teams
Conduct regular driver inspections and field checks
Serve as the first point of escalation for operational or service issues
Conduct merchant wellness checks to maintain strong client relationships
Provide operational insights and feedback to internal teams

Post-secondary education in logistics, supply chain, business, or related field considered an asset.
3–5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, dispatching, or operations management.
Experience working in last-mile delivery, courier, or transportation environments preferred.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with logistics systems, delivery platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
