Role Overview
- Lead the deployment of TMW frameworks, tools, and behaviours across the Region
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead and develop the Regional OpEx team
- Build a strong continuous improvement culture
- Act as the integrator between Regional and Global OpEx teams
Requirements
- Proven expertise in LEAN, Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement
- Minimum 7 – 10 years’ relevant industry experience
- Relevant educational background in Engineering
- Strong process governance driven mindset
- Proven experience leading transformation
- Confident communicator with strong facilitation skills
- Comfortable operating in fast paced environments
- Willingness to travel across the Region as required
