Partner with business and technology teams to design, implement, and optimize enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Digital Experience/Digital Asset Management solutions
Translate business needs into clear functional requirements
Support platform delivery and integration
Ensure technology solutions drive measurable business and user outcomes
Lead end-to-end requirements gathering across business, digital, and operational workflows
Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews, and design sessions
Manage and trace requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring scope and quality control
Support vendor evaluation, RFP development, and SaaS solution selection
Coordinate and support system, integration, and user acceptance testing
Identify system or process gaps and recommend improvements
Requirements
7–10+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in enterprise or digital environments
Hands-on experience supporting Salesforce, ServiceNow, CRM, or DXP/DAM implementations
Strong expertise in requirements analysis, process modeling, and solution design
Experience working in SaaS and cloud-based platform ecosystems
Solid understanding of system integrations, APIs, and relational databases
Proven ability to collaborate with business leaders, technical teams, and external vendors
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives; non-profit experience is an asset
