Product transition and launch
Responsible for application readiness during product releases and global rollouts
Ensure a smooth transition from development to deployment and production use
Support initial installations in collaboration with regional teams
Stakeholder management and alignment
Act as the central interface between development, product management, and regional organizations
Ensure structured communication and alignment among all stakeholders
Contribute to product decisions based on impact to customers and on-site operations
Validation, testing & pilot management
Lead end-to-end workflow and use-case validation for new releases
Manage pilot and demo sites, including on-site validation and feedback collection
Ensure cross-product integration and consistency
Knowledge transfer & enablement
Develop and deliver training for regional stakeholders (internal and external)
Create and maintain product and service documentation from a service perspective
Ensure sustainable knowledge transfer to regional and service organizations

University degree in a technical field or equivalent experience in the IT industry
Solid experience in Healthcare IT, ideally in medical imaging environments
Strong understanding of software development and deployment processes
Experience in customer-facing or application-focused roles
Proven ability to coordinate stakeholders across functions and regions
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Fluent English language skills
Willingness to travel occasionally on short notice
Highly advantageous: knowledge of healthcare standards such as HL7 and DICOM
Experience with Service Transition, Service Design or ITIL practices
Understanding of virtualization technologies
Experience with regulatory requirements for medical devices
Basic understanding of AI concepts and their application in healthcare
Advantageous: experience in product or program management
Background in requirements engineering
Experience leading complex projects
Fluent in an additional language (e.g., Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese)
