Define, manage, and deliver product requirements for Manufacturing industry
Ensure a clear, prioritized backlog and strong alignment between stakeholders and technical teams
Lead discovery workshops and analyze processes
Act as a connector between stakeholders and technical teams
Convert requirements into structured user stories and acceptance criteria
Collaborate with internal teams and external providers for successful delivery
Support stakeholders through UAT cycles and ensure adoption of new capabilities
Provide ongoing application support and transform insights into enhancements

3+ years of experience in Product Ownership and/or Business Analysis
Demonstrated ability to understand business context and translate it into actionable outcomes
Hands-on experience in leading discovery activities and defining business processes
Strong background in evaluating solution alternatives
Proven ability to autonomously transform complex requirements into user stories
Experience managing UAT cycles and coordinating stakeholders
Strong operational mindset including user interaction management
Excellent communication skills in English and German
