About this role
Role Overview
Provide technical support for tickets using the designated tools, ensuring assistance to end users, sales managers and the sales force.
Receive, log and resolve operational requests related to infrastructure and applications.
Monitor and ensure the execution of operational routines with quality and agility.
Identify, categorize and escalate incidents or problems to higher support levels when necessary.
Provide technical support following standard operating procedures (SOP).
Ensure activities are documented in the ticket management tools.
Requirements
High school diploma
Experience in customer service, technical support or Customer Experience
Strong communication skills and active listening
