Lead engagements: budget, costs, schedule, quality, risks
Source, manage and oversee internal and external teams distributed across multiple geographic locations (onshore, nearshore, offshore)
Oversee project phases (design, development and integration)
Manage and maintain client relationships
Prepare and communicate operational and managerial reporting, both internally and externally
Lead and coach the company’s transformation programs
Identify new opportunities by developing existing client accounts in synergy with commercial teams

Degree in Computer Science from an engineering school or equivalent university qualification in Computer Science
Significant experience of at least 10 years in a similar role within an IT services firm (ESN)
Strong knowledge of one or more IT ecosystems and familiarity with Agile methodologies
Proven experience managing large-scale projects (annual budget over €5M)
Experience managing teams of more than 50 people
Proactive with the ability to propose solutions and take initiative
English level enabling project leadership in an international environment (B2)
