Executive Director – Philanthropy

Role Overview

• Manage a portfolio of 30-50 donors and prospects
• Establish, implement, and execute annual and multi-year fundraising strategies
• Participate in planning of multi-year campaigns
• Collaborate with Donor Relations and Events
• Engage Prospect Development team in strategic identification and qualification of prospective donors

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree preferred
• Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in philanthropy
• Proven track record of building donor relationships and securing large gifts
• Healthcare fundraising experience is a plus
• Ability to interface effectively across all levels of the system
