About this role
Role Overview
- Responsible for local statutory and tax compliance for a Country or a group of Countries
- Work with business partners to ensure accurate accounting
- Ensure month end close aligns with reporting timetable
- Review critical account reconciliation
- Analysis of Balance Sheet and Cost accounts
- Liaise with auditors on Statutory & SOX audits
- Participate in regional balance sheet and cost reviews
- Complete tax packs and monitor tax accounts movements
- Support in tax audits as agreed with the Tax Department
Requirements
- Accounting Graduates having core prior experience in specific areas
- 3 to 5 years of core prior experience
- Strong accounting background
- Good understanding of accounting regulations
- Accounting Standards
- Working knowledge of SAP/ERP system
- Experience in Audits of Large to Medium Scale organizations
- Proven ability to form strong customer relationships
- Awareness of tax & statutory requirements
- Fluent English speaking and writing skills
