Role Overview
- Support certification processes such as MODA, BSMI, and NCC
- Maintain relationships with regulators and industry stakeholders
- Track and participate in technical regulatory developments
- Assess regulatory impact and communicate updates to business units
- Support product compliance activities such as in-country lab testing, project management, database maintenance, customer inquiries, and day-to-day CCH operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5–8 years of experience in ICT product compliance or test engineering
- Solid understanding of compliance domains including cybersecurity, safety, EMC, telecom, radio standards, labeling, and import/customs requirements
- Experience with enterprise networking or ICT products; hands-on equipment experience is an advantage
- Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP/CCIE are a plus
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with proficiency in both Chinese and English
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and approach problem-solving analytically
- Demonstrated project management capability
