About this role
Role Overview
- Support salary review and compensation change processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and proper documentation
- Provide benchmarking analysis and data-driven insights to support compensation decisions
- Maintain employee contracts and ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal and legal requirements
- Administer and continuously improve benefits programs (e.g., medical insurance, office benefits, etc.)
- Maintain and ensure the accuracy of data in internal systems and HRIS, in compliance with internal guidelines
- Prepare and maintain HR analytics, including both regular and ad hoc reporting
- Partner with P&C and business leaders on compensation-related topics and provide advisory support
- Act as a point of contact for employees and managers on people-related requests
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with HR data and Excel
- 1–3+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits / Reward / HR analytics
- Structured and detail-oriented approach with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to communicate complex topics in a clear and professional way
- Strong English proficiency and ability to work in a global environment
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors will be a plus
