Support and advise clinical users in the operating room, intensive care units, and specialty departments
Actively support our Account Managers during customer meetings and projects
Train users and oversee product trials
Identify opportunities and cross-selling potential in day-to-day clinical practice
Build and maintain long-term relationships with nursing staff, medical teams, and procurement
Act as a strategic sparring partner for customers and internal teams
Represent Medline at conferences and events
Work in a structured manner, including CRM documentation, as well as market and competitor monitoring

Completed nursing or medical training
Several years of experience as an OR (operating room) specialist or in a comparable clinical setting
Enjoy teaching others and persuading people
Structured, independent working style and strong organizational skills
Strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and ability to manage conflicts
Curiosity, willingness to learn, and interest in sales and customer relationships
Very good German and good English skills
Driver’s license and willingness to travel within your territory
