Loss Prevention District Manager

Role Overview

• Develop, teach, and lead the implementation of asset protection, shortage control, and safety programs
• Train, mentor, and collaborate with store management and shortage control associates
• Ensure effective execution and proper implementation of company policies
• Drive improvements in inventory management and loss prevention
• Manage investigation of all asset protection incidents and reduce incidents and associated monetary loss

Requirements

• 6+ years of Retail Asset Protection experience, including District and/or Multi-Unit experience
• Familiarity with asset protection programs and software including Think LP and Secure 5
• proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience conducting internal investigation interviews and managing external apprehension programs
• Proven ability to successfully resolve incidents
