Step in for the CEO, COO, and CFO on projects and workstreams that need senior ownership but not their direct time
Own the follow-through on exec team decisions: turn what was agreed in a meeting into a clear next step, an owner, and a deadline
and make sure it happens
Run special projects end-to-end: coordinate a strategic review, build the comprehensive analysis ahead of board discussions
Write and sharpen the materials that represent Primer to strategic audiences: board decks, company town halls, internal newsletters
Sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and commercial when those teams need to move together
own the coordination so the CTO and functional leads can stay focused on the work itself
Own the cadence of the business: weekly leadership sync, monthly business review, quarterly planning, and board prep
Work with the COO to drive OKR setting, tracking, and accountability across the leadership team
Work with functional leads and AI enabler to track and support AI adoption across the business, understanding what is working, what is not, and helping embed the right tools and workflows into how teams operate day to day
Identify and close cross-functional gaps before they become problems, regardless of which exec team owns them
Keep the full executive team well-informed on what is happening inside the company, including signals that do not naturally surface
