Role Overview
- Support administration and configuration of core business systems across Veriforce
- Diagnose and resolve business requirements through effective configuration of IT systems
- Provide expert advice, guidance, and mentorship to system users
- Collaborate with commercial, operations & product teams to deliver system capabilities
- Partner with third-party vendors through consultancy engagements
- Own system configuration, customisation, and implementation activities
- Perform business process analysis, design, and re-engineering
Requirements
- Strong understanding of how enterprise business functions integrate across systems and departments
- Ability to identify and manage project and business risks effectively
- Confidence in translating complex technical concepts into clear, accessible language
- Deep understanding of business processes, ability to influence stakeholders
- Proven experience in analysing and resolving issues across business applications
- Professional system configuration and end-user support experience
- Ability to develop and deliver effective training to diverse user groups
