Partner Relationship Management: Build and nurture strategic relationships with distribution partners to ensure mutual success.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all distribution partner activities.
Negotiate partnership agreements, service level agreements (SLAs), and contracts.
Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate distribution partner performance against agreed KPIs and SLAs. Identify areas for improvement and work collaboratively with partners to enhance performance.
Implement strategies and initiatives to optimize efficiency, sales, and service delivery.
Business Development: Identify potential new distribution partners to expand market reach and improve supply chain capabilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations) to align distribution strategies with overarching business objectives.
Develop and execute growth plans, promotions, and joint marketing initiatives with partners.
Supply Chain Operations: Oversee logistics and inventory management with distribution partners to ensure timely and reliable delivery of products/services. Manage forecasting, demand planning, and stock replenishment processes with partners. Resolve supply chain disruptions and ensure smooth operations.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze partnership performance metrics, market data, and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities.
Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on partner performance and distribution channel effectiveness.
Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure partners adhere to company policies, regulatory requirements, and brand standards. Conduct audits and assessments to ensure product/service quality and alignment with company goals.
Communication and Collaboration: Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and distribution partners, ensuring seamless communication and alignment. Facilitate regular meetings, trainings, and partner reviews to maintain transparency and collaboration.
