About this role
Role Overview
Updating control spreadsheets.
Raising of periodic and adhoc charges.
Receipting of income received into the bank.
Bank reconciliations.
Preparing and transferring the rental income to the client.
Assist with month-end and year-end procedures.
Support budget tracking and variance analysis where required.
Any other duties that will ensure the smooth running of the accounting department.
Requirements
Previous experience in an accounts or finance role is beneficial.
Excellent and professional communication skills with the ability to build good working relationships with your colleagues, both within accounts and the wider business.
No accounting qualifications are required for this role, however we do support the AAT and ACCA qualifications.
IT & Software Skills, particularly Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel.
