Support Arizona State University's Financial Aid department by coordinating the collection, review, and secure transmission of documentation related to student fraud and identity theft investigations.
Monitor incoming student fraud and identity theft cases
Track case progress and maintain accurate records
Compile and review documentation from multiple university departments
Prepare and securely transmit documents to US Department of Education and other agencies
Maintain strict confidentiality of student records per FERPA regulations
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Associate's degree plus 1 year financial aid experience OR 3 years directly related experience
Experience with student information systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Must provide own computer and reliable internet connection
