- Ensure development, delivery, and maintenance of the product family
- Establish effective ways of working within and across functional teams
- Line management responsibility, including competence development and performance
- Budget and financial responsibility

- Contribute to the strategic development of the Product Unit and organization
Requirements
- Experience working in agile frameworks
- Strong background in both project management and line management
- Proven experience in leading leaders and development in larger organizations
- Ability to create a healthy and high-performing work culture
- Strong strategic capability combined with operational drive
