Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including goals, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Coordinate project activities, tasks, and dependencies across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives and priorities.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, proactively addressing challenges to minimize disruptions to project timelines and deliverables.
Monitor project progress and performance metrics, providing regular reports to stakeholders and management.
Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and external vendors or partners.
Act as a primary point of contact for project-related inquiries, clarifications, and escalations, maintaining a high level of responsiveness and professionalism.
Account management & Business Development activities by taking advantage new opportunities within each client’s ecosystem
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field.
Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience on Project Management roles and proven experience in managing the full life-cycle (all phases) of an IT project.
Strong experience in Banking and specifically in Core Banking module is necessary
Knowledge and experience with Waterfall and/or Agile and/or hybrid delivery methodologies.
Experience in an Agile team role (e.g. Scrum Master, Product Owner, Tribe/Chapter Lead, Release Train Engineer) would be an additional asset although not a prerequisite.
