Managing the Learning Management System content for solution education.
Managing the onboarding and continued education learning event calendar.
Collaborating with subject matter experts in the development and maintenance of educational content.
Collaborating with sales enablement team members to develop comprehensive learning pathways for onboarding and continued education.
Collaborating to ensure sales enablement tools are current.
Documenting and tracking sales enablement event impact on sales effectiveness.
Collaborating with subject matter experts to keep current on competitive solutions and market changes in the mid revenue cycle market.
Managing team of content specialists maintaining internal demonstration tools.
Keeping demonstration tools updated and under continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND Five (5) years of experience in a clinical (e.g. nurse) or mid revenue cycle (e.g. coding, clinician documentation) role
High school/ GED or higher AND nine (9) years experience in a clinical (e.g. nurse) or mid revenue cycle (e.g. coding, clinician documentation) role
Two (2) years of delivering executive level presentations or educational content
Excellent communication skills
Excellent presentation skills
Excellent time management skills
Prior experience with sales enablement or sales training adult learning concepts
LMS experience (Absorb or like solution)
