LeoLabs is building the living map of activity in space, utilizing a global radar network and AI-enabled analytics to ensure safety in space operations. They are seeking a Customer Operations & Pre-Sales Enablement Manager to support customer success and growth in the EMEA region, blending strategic pre-sales engagement with operational support.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Sales to support customer discovery, briefings, demonstrations, and RFP responses
- Translate mission needs into operational use cases and solution frameworks
- Represent LeoLabs in customer meetings, industry events, and regional forums
- Lead onboarding, structured training, and operational readiness programs
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact for EMEA customers
- Define success metrics and monitor adoption and usage
- Provide operational leadership during exercises or critical events
- Work closely with Product and Engineering to represent customer requirements
- Develop playbooks and improve operational processes across the customer lifecycle
Requirements:
- 10+ years in military operations, defense, space operations, or complex technical environments
- Experience in customer-facing roles supporting government or enterprise stakeholders
- Strong operational planning and execution skills
- Ability to support both business development and post-sale execution
- Fluent in English and German
- Experience in space, aerospace, or national defense organizations
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms or technical solution design
- Experience supporting proposals or technical pre-sales efforts
