About this role
Role Overview
Responsible for a portfolio of clients to ensure annual renewal of their SafeWorkforce subscription
Build solid relationships with the portfolio and identify upsell and cross-sell growth opportunities
Manage the customer lifecycle post onboarding
maintenance, development and support the renewal team if needed
Update CRM weekly with opportunities and new contact details and notes
Identifying upsell opportunities through the customer care call process and converting into upsell opportunities
Carry out regular check-ins with the clients
Requirements
Experience working within a customer success or key account environment
Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
Comfortable managing multiple workloads in a fast-paced setting
Strong influencing and relationship management skills
Ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external clients to achieve positive outcomes and deliver an excellent customer experience
