About this role
Role Overview
Identify and engage potential clients in the French market, leading the sales process from first contact to closing.
Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing for your assigned markets (France).
Generate new business through outbound prospecting: identify, research, and engage high-potential marketing agencies and SaaS companies.
Master Inbound Conversion: qualify and convert interested prospects into demos and active trials.
Deliver Consultative Demos: Adapt your presentation to the specific pain points of each prospect.
Balance inbound and outbound efforts to maintain a healthy, predictable pipeline of qualified opportunities.
Keep the CRM fully updated with accurate records, tasks, and opportunity stages.
Build and nurture client relationships through proactive follow-ups.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Customer Support, and Product).
Requirements
The candidate must be located in Spain
3 years of previous experience in sales or business development roles (inbound + outbound), preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
Knowledge of the French market.
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field is highly valued.
Fluent (written and verbal) in French and English. Knowledge of Spanish is a plus!
Advanced experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
Proven track record of generating business through cold prospecting (not just waiting for inbound leads).
Comfortable working with sales targets, conversion rates, and MRR metrics.
Familiarity with SaaS and marketing ecosystems: understanding of social media tools, digital agencies, or SaaS business models is a plus.
Comfortable adopting new tools (automation, AI assistants, or enrichment platforms) to improve productivity.
