About this role
Role Overview
Acquire SME B2C clients for our media planning — with consultative advice that delivers impact.
Develop tailored media solutions: understand needs, outline strategy, present proposals, close the deal.
Build relationships based on mutual respect: from the initial conversation to long-term partnerships.
Think beyond products: what does the client really need to turn reach into measurable results?
Work closely with our internal or client-side planning teams to ensure promises align with performance.
Keep pipeline, forecasts, and activities up to date — because growth requires planning.
Requirements
You have several years of experience selling media planning / media consultancy (agency environment) — and know how to translate needs into solutions.
You are comfortable in the SME B2C environment: short decision paths, clear decision-makers, fast execution.
You don't sell "advertising" but outcomes: you make the case with target audiences, KPIs, and efficiency — and close deals professionally.
You build and nurture relationships — trustworthy, reliable, and clear.
You communicate persuasively — very strong German (spoken and written), able to engage with management and marketing on equal terms.
You work independently, are proactive and persistent: ownership instead of excuses.
Experience with cross-media concepts (digital, print, OOH, social).
