8-10 years in ecommerce, digital merchandising, or online trading, with experience in a ~$1B+ business
Proven track record of driving revenue growth, conversion, and digital performance at scale
Experience leading and developing high-performing teams and leaders
Deep expertise in site merchandising, product discovery, and ecommerce operations
Strong commercial and analytical acumen, with ability to manage complex tradeoffs
Experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Leader of leaders who sets direction and empowers teams to execute
