Administers the software asset management tool and the licensing database, collects proof of entitlement, reviews and processes licensing terms and conditions, uploads in the compliance tool in order to get a current software licensing database.
Acts as a user interface in order to analyze and approve software requests according to software availability and company’s standards, challenges business justifications and researches and proposes alternatives according to Company’s best practices.
Partners with global IT and Business community to ensure compliancy, performs the gathering and monitoring of software counts / subscriptions, suggests and coordinates software cleanups, and monitors any installations in breach.
Suggests, maintains and performs continuous process improvements according to the Software Asset Management Mission, driving efficiency, compliance and cost savings. Maintains the Software Asset Management dashboards.

No prior experience necessary.
Master's / Postgraduate Degree with Technical / IT Background Field of Study preferred.
Bachelor's Degree with Technical / IT Background field of study required.
Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.
Possesses basic clerical and data entry skills.

Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.
