About this role
Role Overview
- Support a cross‑functional AI Governance Council
- Coordinate execution across Enterprise Risk workstreams
- Drive implementation of governance outcomes aligned to Vanguard’s enterprise AI operating priorities
- Serve as a project management lead for building and delivering a multi‑year AI, Data, and Model Risk Management program
- Help develop and implement enterprise standards, risk methodologies, and risk appetite frameworks
Requirements
- At least 8 years of relevant experience
- Minimum of 5 years in project management, stakeholder engagement, or process improvement roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Working knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Lean Management, Six Sigma and / or process mapping expertise preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and project reporting tools
