Administrative Assistant – Sales Administration

Role Overview

• Enter and monitor orders in the system (SAP);
• Issue quotations, sales orders and return orders;
• Support order tracking at all stages (Production, Invoicing, Delivery);
• Assist with control and handling of returns;
• Support analysts in day-to-day activities, contributing to the management of customer portfolios;
• Keep controls and spreadsheets updated in Excel;
• Interact with various internal departments;
• Contribute to the organization and execution of administrative routines;
• Participate in activity rotation for learning and development.

Requirements

• High school diploma or currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration or related fields;
• Basic knowledge of Excel (handling spreadsheets and controls);
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Organized and detail-oriented;
• Commitment to deadlines and deliverables;
• Ability to work in a team and in a dynamic environment;
• Previous experience with administrative routines;
• SAP knowledge is desirable;
• Experience with order processing, billing, or logistics;
• Interest in continuous learning and professional development
