Role Overview
- Support firm use of BIM software within the MPF disciplines
- Assist with upgrades, deployments, plug-ins, and software testing
- Troubleshoot user issues and coordinate escalations when needed
- Stay current on BIM tools, features, and industry best practices
- Apply and reinforce established BIM standards and workflows
- Provide day-to-day support to BIM users across MPF teams
- Assist project teams with model setup and project startup needs
- Work closely with project teams, discipline leadership, and Practice Technology
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience preferred
- Previous experience in engineering consulting or AEC environment preferred
- Strong Revit knowledge for MPF design and construction document production required
- Experience with BIM coordination and project delivery workflows
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Dynamo, automation, or related tools is a plus
