Requirements
- 9 years of professional experience
- 1+ year leading teams directly or indirectly
- Proven ability to coach and develop experienced sales professionals
- Strong analytical and business acumen
- Experience engaging with C-suite customers
- Strong performance management and leadership capabilities
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and CRM tools
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience
