About this role
Role Overview
Serve as the primary solution consultant and technical contact for prospective and existing clients.
Conduct thorough research to stay ahead of industry trends and develop deep insights.
Customize and present software demonstrations that address specific client business requirements.
Challenge clients to think beyond their current processes and envision broader, more effective solutions.
Maintain and configure demonstration environments, showcasing the full value of our technology.
Assist in developing responses to RFIs, RFPs, and proposals; support sales teams in client meetings and marketing events.
Work closely with internal teams including Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure alignment on client needs and expectations.
Monitor and analyze competitive products and industry developments to inform sales strategies and product development.
Gather and relay client feedback to influence product improvements and innovation.
Track and report on sales consulting activities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements
Knowledge in Governance, Risk, and Compliance, with a focus on risk management, policy management, and hotline compliance.
Fluent Spanish and business-level English proficiency.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales consulting, risk advisory, or equivalent skills development.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
Experience with multiple AI tools.
Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
Expert user of Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
A highly motivated, hands-on individual who thrives independently and as part of a team.
Ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions to complex problems.
Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and work environments.
Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and delivering value.
