You coordinate the faculties' program development teams and implement new study formats together with internal and external stakeholders
You monitor innovative trends in the education market, evaluate new programs and actively prepare their integration
You develop national and international cooperation offerings and position Macromedia as a partner in the global higher education landscape
You ensure quality and transparency: liaising with accreditation agencies, providing input to the QEM office and maintaining academic KPIs
You coordinate participation in university rankings, thereby enhancing the institution's external visibility and reputation
You work directly with the President, the Vice Presidents for Professorship Development and for Research, Artistic Practice and Knowledge Transfer, and the Deans

Strong organizational skills and a team-oriented approach
Experience in the education sector (university, academy, certificate programs)
Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Thorough, conscientious and systematic working style
Strong networking skills
High resilience and the ability to work under pressure
Excellent German and English language skills
If interested in pursuing a doctorate: a completed master's degree
Demonstrable knowledge of methods and analysis techniques in quantitative and/or qualitative empirical social research
