Supports Navitus, Lumicera, and their subsidiaries by managing licensing processes.
Drafts legal documents and templates, manages document templates and corporate legal records.
Performs records and legal research and prepares correspondence under general supervision.
Identifies, reviews, and interprets legislation and regulatory environment changes impacting Navitus.
Provides support and analysis related to applicable regulations.
Conducts legal search on relevant laws, statutes, and regulations, prepares memorandums and action plans.
Prepares legal documents, such as contracts for review, approval, and use by attorneys.
Files legal documents and correspondence in digital and physical filing systems.
Ensures effective indexing and filing of legal documents.
Researches and analyzes statutes, judicial decisions, legal articles, contracts, and legal codes.
Supports attorneys by communicating and obtaining information, following up on delegated assignments.

High school diploma or GED required.
A paralegal educational certificate is preferred.
5+ years of relevant corporate paralegal experience with a governmental agency, law firm and/or in-house legal department required.
Ability to type with speed and accuracy required.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams, and Adobe Acrobat.
Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.
