3+ years of experience in product operations, program management, or related roles in a SaaS or B2B software environment.
1+ years of people leadership or mentorship experience, with demonstrated ability to support, mentor, and manage direct reports.
Proven track record supporting the delivery of cross-functional initiatives or product workflows with measurable operational impact.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to track key metrics, synthesize data, and surface actionable insights.
Skilled in stakeholder coordination and internal communications across product, engineering, and commercial teams.
Highly organized and outcome-oriented, with a focus on clarity, consistency, and execution efficiency.
Comfortable working in dynamic environments, adapting to shifting priorities and supporting decision-making under ambiguity.
Proficient with modern product and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Monday, Miro, Asana, etc.).
