Responsible for increasing sales, profitability, and market share of company products in assigned region
Establish an action plan to grow current business, obtain new business, and successfully penetrate under-developed markets
Pursue and develop impactful relationships with external customers
Aggressively pursue and secure new sales opportunities
Develop and achieve annual sales forecast and accurate budget proposals
Recruit, interview, hire, and terminate employees as per business requirements
Lead, direct, manage, coach, and develop employees to improve sales efficiency and productivity
Conduct annual employee evaluations that improve deficiencies and develop capabilities
Approve and decline employee expenses and monitor performance against budget
Requirements
Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or minimum of five years related sales experience and/or training, preferably in the window and door industry
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Customer Relationship Management Software, Quick Quote, and other electronic pricing methods (MQS/M2O, etc.)
Must be able to travel in support of sales, training, and service management (50%+)
