2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, user acquisition, or influencer/affiliate marketing
Solid understanding of performance marketing fundamentals and core metrics
Strong ownership and business mindset
Hands-on experience working with TikTok as a channel
Understanding of TikTok and UGC content
Strong analytical thinking and a data-driven approach
Project management and operational skills
AI-first mindset
Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher
Experience with TikTok Shop, affiliate platforms, or influencer marketing infrastructure (will be a plus)
Understanding of influencer & affiliate marketing (will be a plus)
Experience in e-commerce or consumer products (will be a plus)
Exposure to the US market or US-based creator ecosystem (will be a plus)
Experience with growth marketing in product or D2C companies (will be a plus)
