Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to match the right talent with the company's needs.
Collaborate with talent acquisition teammates, hiring leaders and regional leaders to define job requirements and desired candidate profiles.
Keep current with industry trends, market compensation, and talent acquisition best practices.
Assist in onboarding and acclimating new teammates and ensure smooth transitions into the company and long-term retention.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely hiring decisions.
Requirements
Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruiting within the insurance industry.
Strong understanding of insurance producer roles and the skills required for success.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
Leverage strong organizational skills to efficiently manage multiple demands simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of results without compromising quality.
Familiarity with recruiting software and applications such as LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, Dynamics ATS, and other talent acquisition tools.
