Design and implement local C&B programs, policies and tools, by managing contact with vendors and analyzing market trends, in close alignment with Global C&B strategy
Manage the complete local payroll process by considering taxes, social security contributions and other deductions, and by ensuring calculation method and payment is accurate, timely, and compliant with local regulations for local employees and expatriates, ensuring payroll data is accurately maintained in P&C payroll systems
Coordinate with IT about system status and configuration
Coordinate of Pex /FTE-Budget-Planning in close cooperation with Corporate Controlling and Global C&B, and close collaboration with local Business Partner, and analyze Pex deviation with local and corporate Controlling
Prepare calculations related to local restructuring processes, personnel expenses in alignment with controlling and Global People Analytics, reports for management and annual bonus calculations and other relevant metrics
Preparation of documentation for labor inspections and audits
Participate in local and global P&C projects
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Laws or Business Administration.
Master’s in human resources will be nice to have
Fluent in English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build strong relationships with business leaders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Highly motivated and experienced professional with a passion for driving business objectives through strategic
