Senior Consultant – S/4 HANA HCM

Role Overview

• Handle SAP S/4 HANA HCM Payroll processes
• Work on month end activities and payroll integration
• Configure and customize payroll schemas and calculation rules
• Conduct data migration to S/4HANA and run payroll test cycles
• Collaborate with finance for end-to-end payroll postings

Requirements

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in SAP S/4 HCM Payroll
• Mandatory experience in payroll for UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Egypt, Oman
• Good knowledge with payroll integration process and month end activities
• Exposure to Cloud ALM
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end payroll processes
• Payroll schemas, rules, operations
• Gross‑to‑net calculations
• Payroll control record, finance posting, statutory reporting
• SAP Fiori apps for payroll/HR processes
• Payroll analytics and reports
• Awareness of SAP HANA performance optimizations
• Time Management Integration
• S/4HANA Finance integration
• Posting simulation and reconciliation
• Payroll data migration from ECC to S/4HANA
• Understanding of SAP Migration Cockpit
• Data consistency and reconciliation
• Payroll test cycles and parallel runs
