5 or more years of product management experience shipping consumer-facing or marketplace products.
Strong track record of owning a roadmap end to end and delivering measurable business outcomes.
Comfortable working with data, including defining metrics, analyzing results, and using insights to drive decisions.
Strong written and verbal communication is essential.
Ability to influence without authority and align stakeholders across functions.
Effective in ambiguous, fast-paced environments where priorities shift and you are expected to bring structure.
Experience partnering closely with engineering and design teams in an agile setting is required.
Experience with two-sided marketplaces, travel, hospitality, e-commerce, or other high-scale consumer platforms is strongly preferred.
Familiarity with experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, and product analytics tools is a plus.
Experience working on products that serve millions of users, or operating in international or multi-market contexts, is highly valued.
A background that blends technical fluency with strong customer empathy will stand out.
