Influence strategy: Drive strategic initiatives across the entire cell therapy lifecycle
Act as a central interface and leader within cross-functional teams
Build and maintain sustainable partnerships with treatment centers and medical stakeholders
Provide targeted expertise to influence decision-making processes
Establish and optimize operational workflows in treatment centers
Serve as a technical expert and trusted point of contact for cell therapy workflows
Provide operational and clinical support for clinical studies as well as commercial applications
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., JACIE)
Responsible for developing and implementing training concepts for clinical personnel
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders

Degree in a healthcare-related field (e.g., Nursing, Physician Assistant, Life Sciences) or equivalent
Several years of relevant professional experience in cell therapy (approximately 8+ years)
Deep expertise in cell therapy processes, regulatory requirements, and clinical and operational workflows
Proven experience collaborating with internal and external partners and managing complex projects
Strong skills in developing and optimizing care delivery structures and service models
Excellent communication and influencing skills across multiple stakeholder levels
Experience with quality processes (e.g., deviations, CAPA, change control)
Excellent written and spoken German and English
Willingness to travel approximately 50% within the region
