Role Overview
- Manage third-party business development initiatives, including coordination and qualification of TPO leads.
- Support RFP responses and client presentations by providing operational input and credentials.
- Develop and maintain standardized reporting frameworks for third-party operations.
- Coordinate transitions from owned assets to third-party management, including execution of transition playbooks.
- Lead operational onboarding and early-stage stabilization for new third-party assets.
- Serve as the primary operational interface with management companies and institutional clients.
- Monitor operational performance and ensure compliance with Greystar standards.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in real estate operations, property management, or asset management.
- Experience with third-party management models or institutional portfolios.
- Demonstrated experience operating at a regional or multi-country level.
- Strong operational and commercial acumen.
