About this role
Role Overview
Be part of HP’s Personal Systems (PS) Strategy team and STAR (Strategic Tech Accelerator focused on AI)
Help drive strategic priorities and execution across one of the company’s most important businesses
Accelerate the identification, incubation, and scaling of differentiated technologies and experiences
Operate across PS Strategy (Consumer, Commercial, and Gaming Strategy, Competitive Intelligence, Strategic Programs, and Strategy & Planning)
Partner closely with STAR to connect long-term strategy with technology acceleration
Coordinate multiple programs across PS Strategy and STAR, bringing strong project management discipline to complex, cross-functional work
Manage progress across multiple programs simultaneously, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans
Support and coordinate leadership meetings, strategy reviews, offsites, and team engagements
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
12+ years of experience in program management, strategy, business operations, consulting, or closely related roles
Strong program and project management capabilities, with experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentation development
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to simplify complexity
Ability to influence and drive alignment across teams and stakeholders without direct authority
High degree of ownership, initiative, and operational discipline
