Role Overview
- Act as operational anchor during business change
- Champion a portfolio of complex ER cases from inception to resolution
- Legally safeguard the business in confidential grievances, disciplinaries, and collective consultations
- Update policies in line with shifting UK&I legislation
- Collaborate with HR team on strategic projects
Requirements
- Proven track record of managing a highly complex, sensitive ER caseload
- In-depth knowledge of UK&I employment legislation
- Practical experience navigating change programs, organizational restructures, trade union consultations
- Employment tribunal preparation experience
- A CIPD qualification (Level 5 or 7)
- Stakeholder management skills
- Pragmatic problem-solving abilities
- Fast-paced and resilient
- Excellent communication of complex legal advice
