Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
5+ years of experience in a leadership role as a Program Manager, Product Line Manager, or Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead.
5+ years of experience leading research and development.
Current top-secret security clearance preferred.
Experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with stakeholders (customers, suppliers, peers, and/or partners).
Experience leading multi-functional teams through product development and delivery of communications and sensing capabilities and products.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences.
