About this role

Responsible for the delivery and success of the overall, system-wide portfolio of behavioral and mental health initiatives
Provides direct operational, strategic and financial leadership
Ensures high-quality services are delivered to patients, families, and employees
Prepares for and participates in senior level discussions regarding strategic and operational direction
Tracks and monitors performance against the plan (quality, patient experience, financial and operational)
Supervises a team to provide feedback and resolve complex problems
Achieves the goals and outcomes identified in the plan

8 – 10 years of experience managing projects in a complex environment or matrixed organization
5 years of proven experience leading a high performing team
5 years of experience in a healthcare setting
Experience as a clinician in behavioral and mental health (licensure type and practice setting agnostic)
Experience in managing and leading business operations in a behavioral or mental health care delivery setting
Bachelor’s degree in related field
Master’s degree in related field (preferred)
Project Management Professional (PMP) (preferred)
