Obtain, organize, and prepare information for conferences, speeches, reports, and presentations as requested by the executive.
Edit, proofread, format, and design documents, support document production and form completion.
Conduct data entry and ensure accuracy and completeness of executive-level materials.
Own and manage the executive's agenda, ensuring optimal time allocation, prioritization, and preparedness.
Oversee access to the executive and act as gatekeeper for internal and external stakeholders.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, workshops, and travel arrangements, including itineraries, logistics, and follow-ups.
Receive, screen, and relay telephone and email messages from internal and external stakeholders.
Manage, filter, and prioritize communication to support efficient decision-making.
Ensure timely escalation and follow-up on critical items requiring executive attention.
Navigate and support internal processes such as financial workflows, authorization procedures, and internal controls.
Apply functional understanding to anticipate needs and ensure process compliance.
